Sharp Precision Instruments boost gauge mounted in an el cheapo JC Whitney universal gauge "cup," used upside down so that the adhesive pad can be glued to the windshield instead of to the dash material. Looks better than the expensive A-pillar mounts, IMHO. |

The A4 has gone on to greener (?) pastures, replaced by a new toy: this Audi A3 2.0-liter turbo 200 hp hot hatch. My wife claims this is "arrest me" red; I claim it's merely "probation" red. Audi calls it "garnet red" and it's a special order color. It's not far from the color of my go-kart (below) and they have some similarities in the handling department. |
